2008 Howard Coughlin Memorial Scholarship . . .

Brian Dohm was the 2008 recipient of the "Howard Coughlin Memorial Scholarship." The $6,000 scholarship award is granted within the first two years of higher education with payments of $3,000 each year to the university or college of the recipient's choice.

Brian is the son of Helen Dohm who is a Registered Nurse at the West Chester University Health Center. She is a member of the State System of Higher Education Bargaining Unit at OPEIU HEALTHCARE Pennsylvania.
